Passive income is a type of income that requires little to no effort to maintain or generate. It typically comes from sources that continue to generate income over time, such as rental properties, dividends from stocks or mutual funds, or business ventures in which an individual is not actively involved.

There is no freedom without passive income. The reason you will see a doctor that is making $500,000 a year but cannot step away from his job for just a month. Without a paycheque, he can’t maintain his standard or style of living. He needs to be physically present to get a pay cheque that a PASSIVE INCOME will provide.

I still work 8 months a year and the only reason I leave my house every day is very simple… To bring down that 8 months a year to 6 months and later 6 months to 3 months while the passive income builds with previous working months put money into my bank account to catch up with 9 months of adventure. I LOVE FREEDOM, I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU! What are you working for? To pay the bills, work all the days of your life, and die, or to build a passive income tree that you can leave for your children and generations? Ask yourself that truth and START NOW!

No one is better than you. It is what you are not doing at the right time that makes it look like some people are better and you are not. One month of freedom is freedom. 3months in a year is freedom also but the world will not give you if you don’t build it by yourself.

You don’t need to compete with anybody before you build a PASSIVE INCOME. You can build it quietly and secretly. When you put your mind and effort into building it, one-day people will think you are into money rituals because passive income is not loud like a $500,000 pay cheque. Little by little drop, the bucket of water will full. But you just need to start and ask yourself that truth. Are you working to live or working to get your freedom? Aye dun je Ju iya lo ooo. Don’t deceive yourself, what will be will not be… What will be is that you START NOW. SIMPLE!
