In a welcome effort to raise a well-equipped next generation of music ministers, a group of esteemed African and Nigerian gospel music powerhouses, led by the legendary Dr. Panam Percy Paul, Pastor Kunle Ajayi, the iconic Dr. Kunle Pinmiloye (aka Ksticks), Dr. Faith Ajiboye, Mike Abdul, and Bukola Bekees, have joined forces for a noble cause through the annual Equip Global International Music Conference, now in its 15th season.

According to the convener, Dr. Faith Ajiboye, publisher of Today’s Music Africa magazine, the conference will hold globally online as usual, on Saturday, July 19th, 2025, at 2:00 PM (WAT).

Speaking from his base in Canada, Dr. Ajiboye—a renowned mu sic minister, songwriter, choir director, and teacher—described this edition as power-packed. He noted that participants will be thoroughly equipped with up-to-date knowledge of music ministry, spiritually, educationally, and professionally, enabling them to excel in their music ministries anywhere in the world.

This impactful global music conference, marking its 15th anniversary this year across Nigeria, Canada, and the United States, has trained over 70,000 choristers, instrumentalists, sound engineers, and music ministers since its inception.
