The Christian town of Kafanchan comes alive over the weekend as Apostle Emmanuel Kure kicks off the 30th Anniversary and 17th International Prophecy Prayer Conference of the Throneroom (Trust) Ministry, in the newly built 16,000 seater auditorium Kafanchan, Kaduna state.
With the sanctuary filled to capacity with congregation and visitors from several states of Nigeria and countries of the world, the church gives glory to God for the wonderful things He has done in the last 30 years.
Gracing this anniversary are the Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and generals of the gospel like Pastor Enoch Adeboye from Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Paul Enenche from Abuja, Rev. Felix Omobude from Benin city, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Rev. Mercy Ezekiel and Pastor DK Olukoya all from Lagos.
Others are Bishop Francis Wale Oke, PFN National President from Ibadan, Oyo State, Prof. Steve Ogan, Apostle Emmanuel Bako, the current PFN chairman, Kaduna State, Thambo Masenya, Victor Mokgotlhoa, both from South Africa, Bill Combs from the USA, Rev Flifi Pentsil from Ghana and Dr Pat Francis from Canada.
In his welcome speech which forms the body of his sermon Monday evening, Apostle Emmanuel Nuhu Kure speaks on the significance of 30, associating it with the 30 years anniversary of the ministry.
“Shelo-Sheen” from the root word “Sheloshaw” – the words used for thirty means “a three-fold measure or an indefinite great quantity, an officer of the rank of a general, or a musical instrument, great Lord, a prince.
‘As I groaned before the Lord for the travail that the world is unto right now and the shifts taking place and sought for a word and for the interpretation, the Lord told me that we have entered into the era of the Messiah. It took God thirty years to prepare Jesus for His ministry on earth. He also worked for three years and left the terrestrial divide at 33. There is something about 30 and figure three!
There were so many things Jesus could not do before he was 30. He couldn’t do any miracle before then. If he claimed to be from God, people would dispute and argue with him. His parents and his siblings too would have wondered who He was. But immediately He became 30, things changed. He knew the ways of the spirit but he had to learn the ways of the flesh, how to subject the flesh to the spirit. It took him 30 years to do that.
SEE WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE WITH APOSTLE EMMANUEL KURE
WHY AND HOW I GOT MARRIED TO EMMANUEL KURE -Martha Kure
Speaking on what the Lord has done for the Throneroom Ministry at 30, Kure said what the ministry was unable to do in the past became so easy for them as they clocked 30. He gave several examples like the road leading to the church auditorium which they couldn’t work on for years was tarred in a few weeks to the conference.
People they invited like the Vice President of Nigeria Prof Yemi Osinabjo and Pastor Enoch Adeboye are very busy people who are not really easy to track down. But God has made it easy for them to agree to grace this conference.
‘Every single act in the nations and counteractions is being orchestrated and controlled from, including provocations and actions, the kingdom of darkness. Even Satan works for God in this season.
All these are meant to pave the way and prepare and position all nations for the rule of the Messiah. We have entered into the era of the unlocking of the coded secret mysteries hidden in the Holy Scriptures to intervene in the normal flow of life as men knew it in order to reposition it for the end and make way for a new heaven and a new earth.
‘One clear word the Lord gave me, Kure added, is that for the Church to take back its authority and exercise dominion again in the affairs of this life and the world, it must return to the JESUS that the Father sent in the Four Gospels and the book of Acts of Apostles, to the true gospel in its simplicity and be reborn from the place of His death and resurrection.
Not the different variants we have developed since after the Apostles left Jerusalem 2000 years ago. We must go back to the original Spirit of the gospels to gain back our place of relevance, power and dominion, that Jesus had in His time. For this must first be restored to the Church in this season. Then will the world be reshaped according to prophecies of the coming Messiah.
Kure prophesy that new rulers are about to replace the old. ‘New priesthoods (Witnesses) are about to take over from the former. A new decree (law) will go out in all the earth from Elohim to help them birth new earth and nations. He will create a new people for the coming of His Firstborn, the Messiah.’
Apostle Kure thanks all who have joined the church to celebrate what God is doing through the church to transform the nations.
‘From the office of the Vice President and government of the Federal Republic to all governors past and present to all the nations gathered here and finally to all the saints who by sacrifice have kept the gospel of our Lord Jesus alive.
The Monday evening service witnessed gospel ministration by Pastor Chingtok, the inspirational singer of great Hausa gospel songs like Suna Yesu and Yesu babu iyaka.
His songs are largely influenced by the political reality of Northern Nigeria and the uncompromising stand of the Christians not to yield to the pressures mounted on them by the enemies of Jesus.
