Attendees of the August session of the Mentoring Masterclass, held at EPIC International Church in Ikosi Ketu, Lagos, have lauded Elife Academy’s program as a timely and impactful global initiative.

The event, which has transitioned into a monthly affair occurring every third Saturday of the month at the same location, garnered praise for its success in leaving participants motivated and equipped with invaluable insights, abilities, and self-assurance to create enduring positive changes in their lives.

Drawing a diverse assembly of individuals with a shared eagerness to enhance their approach to life’s challenges, the Mentoring Masterclass has taken on the role of a monthly fixture.

TESTIMONIES

In his testimony, Austine F. Dukefe of Stinel Designs, Lagos, said it was a programme he never knew he could benefit from. Essential topics such as Married and Unhappy, Where Has Love Gone?, How to Secure a Regret-free Old Age and how to correct Parenting Mistakes with firstborns were treated satisfactorily.

Dukefe said, ‘’The questions and answers section and the networking class was a kind of tutorial that sent a variety of genealogical recalling of knowledge to participants.

I thank God that I didn’t miss it. I discovered that a programme like this is a universally hidden solution to so many people’s problems, the married and unmarried, the aged and the young. Most of us who attended received answers to our aching issues.’

Victoria Oyeleke, staff of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc., Lagos, said, ‘I learnt how to prepare for retirement, nurture, and help my children grow in their careers and lives. The Mentoring Masterclass exceeded my expectations. I entered the program with some uncertainties about my career path, but the guidance I received helped me gain clarity and direction.

The support didn’t end with the program; the connections I made continue to be valuable resources. I highly recommend this to anyone serious about their career.

Mentoring Master Class August edition was a huge blessing to me in particular. I learnt how one should prepare for old age by having a house before old age, doing something that can generate money, and never having a mindset to rely on the children because they may be overwhelmed with their own life’s burdens, too.

The sessions on marriage and raising kids are also excellent. The facilitator, Dr. Bola Adewara, is doing great work.

Sometimes, our plans are not the plans of God. Hence, it is pertinent to structure our steps in alliance with God’s plans every time. The taste of pudding is in the eating. This is a must-continue program. It was well packaged.
Bishop Isola Ojo, Trinity Faith Bible Ikorodu, Lagos.

In relation to the lecture, I’d like to share that it has prompted me to initiate preparations for my old age and encouraged me to take charge of my own future rather than relying on others.

I attended the last Mentoring Masterclass conference in Lagos. I learnt a whole lot from the teachings of the three classes, especially on Married and Unhappy: where has love gone? I have been there and out.

I can’t afford the mistake the second time. The conference was definitely worthwhile.

The Mentoring Masterclass is a transformative program that reshapes perspectives across all facets of life. I had the privilege of participating in the class held on the 19th of August 2023, in Ikosi Ketu, Lagos, and it was an incredible experience.

The insights gained during the session were eye-opening, particularly the realization that comprehensive preparations for old age involve cultivating meaningful relationships with individuals who will offer companionship, ensuring suitable housing, and having access to an affordable vehicle for convenient mobility.

In essence, the class underscored the importance of securing comfort and well-being for oneself during the golden years. The seminar provided

profound insights into achieving marital harmony, establishing healthy relationships founded on trust, effective communication, shared values between spouses, managing realistic expectations, and addressing past grievances. The significance of seeking professional guidance when needed was also emphasized.

The Mentoring Masterclass also promoted the significance of positive parenting. The seminar stressed the importance of setting an exemplary standard for children across all aspects of life, while also conveying that perfection isn’t the goal. A key aspect highlighted was demonstrating mutual respect between parents in the presence of their children and fostering honesty in interactions.

Furthermore, carving out quality time for the eldest child was advocated. Equipping children with an understanding of the consequences of their actions and imparting a sense of responsibility were also discussed. Spiritual guidance through prayer was highlighted for parents who are believers, along with bestowing appropriate authority upon the firstborn.

Based on my enriching experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the Mentoring Masterclass to couples, youth organizations, employees of local governments, state and federal civil servants, retirees, and the elderly. This class offers invaluable insights and is something to eagerly anticipate.
Mrs. Bolanle Otemuyiwa, Civil Servant, Alausa, Lagos.

The world is in dire need of persons and institutions of values and godly culture that will influence and mentor people, most importantly, the younger generation, in making the right choices in relationships and in their day-to-day living.

The Mentoring Masterclass seminar was an eye-opener and a  classic, especially on the lecture Topics: How to secure a bitterness and regret free old age, Married and unhappy: Where has love gone?, and How to avoid parenting errors with first born.

Each subject was well researched and the presentation was top-notched.  I was highly blessed by the seminar and I am looking forward to the next one.
