QUESTIONS I ASKED GOD WHEN MYLES MUNROE DIED IN A PLANE CRASH … and God responded! – By Bola Adewara

INTRODUCTION
Myles Munroe was a pastor, best-selling author and motivational speaker who wielded a huge influence on millions of people around the world.

He died in a plane crash on the 9th November 2014 along with his wife Ruth and daughter Charisa and members of his Bahama Faith Ministries.

So shocking was his death that I began to wonder and ask questions. In prayer, I remember speaking to God in a question and answer format. Enjoy our conversation below…

QUESTION I ASKED GOD:
God, where are You when people who love you go through severe pains and sometimes die in the process? Myles Munroe, his wife, staff, and crew, who were going to do Your work, died in a plane crash? God, where were you?

GOD’S RESPONSE:
Bola, where was I? Do you want answers? OK. I will answer you.

* The same place I was when Prophet Isaiah was sawn into two.

* The same place I was when John the Baptist, whom I sent long before Myles, was beheaded by a woman.

* I was in the same place when Stephen, my beloved, was stoned to death.

* I was in the same place when Saul was killing Christians in Jerusalem and Damascus

* The same place I was when the same Saul (in the Hebrew language) Paul (in Greek), who wrote the Epistles and took Christianity to the ends of the earth, was killed.

* I was in the same place when eleven of the twelve disciples of Jesus were brutally killed.

* The same place I was when Boko Haram and ISIS entered churches to behead Christians worshipping me in Northern Nigeria!

* I was in the same place when my only begotten son, Emmanuel, Counsellor, the Prince of Peace, Jesus, was pierced, slapped, beaten, nailed, crucified, and buried.

* So, know that tribulations are part of the Christian package. Do you know I was delighted Jesus went through pains? Therefore count it all joy if you suffer like Him. Count it all fun if you exit like Him.

* Your mode of exit is not essential to Me. Your destination is.

* Now… Bola, wait a minute!… If you have indeed given your life to Me, why do you bother what I do with it? Sebi, you have given it to me?

* Are you satisfied now?
